I am so happy you are here! To have you here reading this is in and of itself a miracle to me! I am a author, speaker, part time pediatric nurse, seminary student, social media manager for my church, and a wife + daughter + friend. You could say I wear a lot of hats - all of which I LOVE + feel so thankful to be called to. 

When graduating nursing school in 2018, I assumed I would "just" be a nurse my whole life. I used to say a lot of "I would never's" and now I am living in some of those "never's"  I quickly realized that you can never (haha) limit what God can do and how He wants to use you.  The Lord has blown my mind in so many ways and now I can't help but share about His goodness and faithfulness. 

This journey I am on is a one step-at-a-time and a one-day-at-a-time kind of journey + I am so grateful for you being along for the ride. All I want my life to be is a reflection of the Lord and to be one that is submitted to His lead. As I do my best in committing to that, my hope and prayer is that you would be encouraged to do so as well! It's way more fun to do hard things together.

I am currently on a break from sharing on my social media page @wordsaregolden which is kind of where this all started. But, in August of 2024 I felt the Lord kindly ask me to lay it down and seek Him wholeheartedly. I am still speaking and sending out weekly emails so be sure to reach out and stay in touch!
